Dear angel,
Dont fall.
Dont let the arrows pierce your wings,
Dont let the hammers break your bones,
Dont let yourself fall.
Dear angel,
Let your tears stream down,
Let your screams reign down upon the Earth.
Dont let your cries go unheard.
When it storms, let me know that its you.
Let me relish in the tears falling on my skin,
The holy water washing away my sins.
Send out your cries,
Let them shake the Earth and rattle the ears of all those unworthy.
Let them go deaf by their own condemings.
Pluck out the arrows and toss them back to their bows,
Dear angel.
Hit the archers through the heart
As they have hit you.
Let the hammers fall down,
Hail upon unsuspecting heads,
Crushing their bodies,
Red seeping into the snow.
Dear angel,
Dont fall,
Dont die.
Dont believe yourself when you say
"I am not worthy."
Grasp your rosary,
Recite your Hail Mary and your scriptures,
Corinthians 6:9,
"Or do you not know that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God?
Dont fall,
Dear angel.
Break the chains binding you and spread your wings and soar.
Let the clouds clear away.

Hmm, Is it about rain and hail? Or something deeper?
No, it's deeper. The rain and hail and whatnot is supposed to be symbolic. But I suck at symbolism. xD
Hmm, Is it like, if its raining, fly to somewhere its not? I dunno...
lulz. just kidding.
i liked it, but i can only sorta guess at the symbolism. its the sort that i can't really describe in words. don't worry. you're not bad at symbolism.

"... now this is a wise old wine."
It was meant to be words. As in, the angel is simply a person who is constantly mocked and verbally abused about something. The arrows and hammers and whatnot are words, and the thunderstorm was their feelings.
Good job!
